At Youth Villages, we are a community of people who do whatever it takes to help troubled children and families. We believe in our mission and take our values seriously. They serve as a basis for everything we do and define our company culture -- a culture characterized by an extraordinary sense of purpose.
We work hard. But we also have fun. Every year, we get together for an employee conference, where staff from all over come together for training and fellowship.
We promote healthy lifestyles. Youth Villages offers excellent health benefits, including natural care, discounted gym memberships and a Weight Watchers program the organization pays for if you attain your weight loss goal. No matter where you work at Youth Villages, your colleagues will support you in whatever you do. Employees also train for and participate in our annual Youth Villages 5K Run.
We believe in continual growth. Youth Villages offers many training and advancement opportunities, and employees who prove themselves are quickly promoted to leadership positions. We offer tuition and licensure reimbursement. To help us keep up with our busy schedules and balance work and life, we all carry Franklin Covey planners and receive the same time-management training.
We believe in giving back. Each year, we give back a portion of our salaries through the Our Family Campaign to do even more for our children. We help fund the tuition reimbursement program and provide emergency assistence to employees and children's familes. We are proud of our culture, and we hope you will be too!
