Office Events
In most Youth Villages locations, staff members work together in teams. Responsibilies are shared and team members give each other support, advice and encouragement. Office celebrations and events give you an opportunity to foster strong relationships with your team members and meet other employees who don't work in your area or department. After trips to sporting events, departmental cook-outs, holiday parties, and the occassional paper football tournament, you will find that working with friends makes your job fun.
