Employee Conference
Each Fall Youth Villages hosts an employee conference, inviting staff from around the country to gather together for special training sessions, nationally-acclaimed motivational speakers, entertainment and socializing. The employee conference provides opportunities for professional development, networking, team-building and supportive discussion, all in a relaxed environment where employees can let their hair down, enjoy some night life and make friends with other members of the organization. Employees also have a chance to hear from Youth Villages leadership and meet with children and families who share their experiences under our care as well as their successful outcomes.
