Youth Villages offers students currently enrolled in school the opportunity to get a head start on the job hunt by applying as a University Student before you graduate! Most of our bachelor-level candidates start out in one of Youth Villages' residential programs in Atlanta, Linden, Memphis, or Nashville. Master's-level opportunities are available at all of our locations, but the experience requirements vary. What we look for: BA/MA degree in a social services field Experience working with at-risk youth Experience working with kids Leadership experience High level of professionalism Desire to help children and families succeed |
