Our Family Campaign
The Our Family Campaign is Youth Villages’ internal fundraiser, allowing Youth Villages employees to make a financial contribution to our success. Each year, our employees voluntarily give more than half a million dollars from their paychecks to the Our Family Campaign, which indicates their strong commitment to their work and Youth Villages. A fun, participatory theme is chosen each year, often based on pop-culture currents and frequently involving costumes, decorations, skits, displays and games. Participating employees select their commitment level and choose from a selection of great gifts, from Youth Villages apparel and logoed items to electronics and houseware. Funds raised through Our Family Campaign support Youth Villages programs such as Transitional Living and are also available for our tuition reimbursement and emergency funds.
